Just hours after writing that column, I found out that Illinois senior starting guard Kylan Boswell broke his wrist in practice and would be out for at least a month. What have I done? 1/25/2026 As predicted in the previous issue Iowa State was blown out by Kansas eliminating them from undefeated status. We knew this was coming and it wasn't even close at all. What's troubling is then trailing from start to finish at Cincinnati. Frauds!! Same as last season; jumped out to 14-1 and ranked #2 seemingly peaking too early. Looks like a repeat. The team dropped to #9 which I didn't get, they should've been booted to the NIT conversation immediately. Unacceptable
