Well, as you know, College Basketball Times created the Domination Rankings - of college basketball. (Come on, let me assume you knew that.) Anyway, we decided to expand things a bit to include, well, everything together. The result: essentially a satire on all rankings. Here's how it works - sort of: Our voters come up with a weekly Top 25 which
